Vendor Application Now Open

We are currently accepting applications from artists and makers of handmade, original work only. No resale, mass-produced, or commercial items will be permitted.

Vendor Fee: $25 (non-refundable)
Event Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Fredericksburg neighborhoods

Vendor Criteria:

We’re looking for a variety of local artists and craftspeople — including (but not limited to) painters, potters, jewelry makers, fiber artists, woodworkers, and more — whose work is 100% original and handmade.

Important Info:

All vendors must provide their own display setup (tables, tents, chairs, etc.). This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Spaces are limited and curated to maintain a high-quality art experience.

RappArts members may receive priority in placement.

Electricity will not be available. Vendors should provide their own table, chairs and set up. Canopies will need weights to be held down. No stakes.
